A popular replacement for the original Habitat, the NX3 (the third generation) is slightly larger and offers a nice balance of helf mesh inner. This keeps out the drafts, but allows ventilation to flow, which means the tent can be used across all seasons. An excellent all round roomy 2 person shelter and very popular with the cycle touring community.

26 April 2022 | Mark I bought this a couple of years ago, but for various reasons, including covid of course, have only had the chance to use it a few times. Still, I've been impressed. I got it to take my twin boys away wild camping - one at a time, for a bit of focussed attention. The three of us could have fitted in it, but it would have been a squeeze. For two, there's plenty of room. The two doors make it ideal for camping with kids - you don't have to crawl over a sleeping child when you turn in yourself. The tent stood up to some buffety winds. It's fairly light for the price, and packs down nice and small. My other tent is a Hilleberg, and quality-wise, there's obviously a difference, but then that difference costs about £500, and there's nothing wrong with how this tent is put together. I'd recommend it. And Bob and Rose's service was as good as ever. Having been a customer before the kids came along, I hadn't ordered from them for years, so it was nice to find them still doing the business. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.
