Our policy
It is our policy to only advertise products on this website which are in stock at the time of advertising. However during busy periods there may be an occasion where an item sells faster than anticipated. In which case you will be contacted by email or telephone without delay to see how you wish to proceed with your purchase.

How to browse
You are welcome to search through any of the products you see on this website. When you find item(s) you wish to purchase please click ‘add to basket’, then if you wish to carry on browsing ‘return to shopping’.

If you then wish to checkout, you will be asked for your personal contact details, to ensure we can get hold of you should there be a delivery or card error. This information is kept private and secure and will not be shared.

Our newsletter
You will be automatically added to our ‘newsletter’ mailing list, which will keep you up to date with our promotions, ‘podcasts’ and any new products which arrive with us. Next time you visit us, your details will automatically be recalled once you enter your exclusive name and password.

We accept Visa, Delta, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa Electron and Solo cards.

Your credit/debit card will only be processed when the goods are packed for dispatch. Your statement receipt will be under the name of R & R Enterprises.

Should you wish to purchase by cheque or bank transfer, please contact us directly and we will take your order and hold it for you until your payment is cleared.

Confirmation
When you order with us, you will receive an email of order confirmation and an email of order dispatch, confirming products, delivery address and date. In the unlikely event of delays or circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as practicable either by email or telephone.

It is our policy to deliver your goods to you within 2-3 working days, excluding weekends, Bank Holidays and seasonal busy periods.

Advance orders
In the case of Advance Order goods, your credit/debit card will be processed when the goods arrive in stock and packed for dispatch. A confirmation email of dispatch will then be sent to you. You may cancel an Advance Order at any time with no penalty by contacting us via email or telephone.

Special Promotions and Advance Orders are only available while stocks last and/or for the time period quoted. These offers can be terminated at any time at our discretion.

We make mistakes too!
Although pricing and product details are updated on a regular basis, occasionally errors can occur. If you purchase a product which is incorrectly priced you will be informed of the correct price without delay by either email or telephone. You will have the option to cancel with a full refund or continue with the purchase.

The prices on this website are stated inclusive of VAT.
