The information we seek in order to process your purchase needs to be completed in full. This information is used for billing purposes, credit/debit card security and to fulfil your order. In case of difficulty in processing an order, this information will be used to contact you.

We are fully committed to providing full security both through our on-line and telephone mail order service. We ensure your details are safe for all sales transactions with us and encrypted so third parties cannot read it.

Your details which you provide, which allows us to identify you, are held and processed lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Your details will not be passed to a third party under any circumstances.

All card details are automatically destroyed within a 2 week period allowing for refunds.

Delivery

Orders under the value of £50 will be shipped out First Class Royal Mail Recorded at a cost of £3. Royal Mail automatically return uncollected goods to us after 7 working days.

Orders valued £50 - £100 will be shipped out via courier at a cost of £5. Orders value over £100 will be shipped via courier free of charge for goods delivered in the UK.

NB: Couriers will only attempt one drop and leave a card. Please ensure you have someone there to recieve it, if not you may need to collect it from the depot or arrange alternative delivery.

Failure to collect the goods from the couriers within 5 working days, which are then subsequently returned to us, will incur a restocking fee of 20% of the value of the original invoice.

We are happy to arrange delivery to your place of work. This is at our discretion.

Parcels will arrive between 9am and 6pm and will not be left without a signature.

If you are out at the time of delivery a card will be left. If the delivery is via the Royal Mail you will need to arrange collection of the goods from your nearest sorting office within 7 working days. If goods are returned to us in this way we reserve the right to charge an additional shipping charge to re-send them.

If the delivery is via courier, a telephone number will be provided for you to arrange collection.

Goods sent outside the UK will be sent recorded airmail or Fed Ex International Parcel as appropriate. Prices are shown at checkout for UK deliveries only.

Split Orders

Our policy is to wait until all the ordered goods are available prior to sending them to you.
 

If the original order value is over £100

Should you choose to 'split' the shipment and wish for the stock items to be shipped immediately, with the remainder to follow, there will be one shipping fee added to the second shipment 'if' that parcel value is less than £100. (Either £5 or £3)

The first shipment will still be sent FOC.


If the original order value is less than £100

Should you choose to 'split' the shipment the standard shipping fees will be added to each parcel (Either £5 or £3) as appropriate.
 

This applies to UK shipment addresses only and does not apply to overseas parcels which are shipped for the agreed fee as appropriate.
