In 2005 Matt completed The Pacific Crest (2650 miles), The Continental Divide (2800 miles) and the Appalachian Trail (2170 miles) in 232 days, that's an average of 32.76 miles a day, including side trips to resupply! Lorraine McCall and her Munro round trip!

On the 16th of April 05, her 40th birthday, Lorraine stepped out for a quiet walk. A very long walk. Set started an epic continuous trip of the munros of Scotland which took in all 284 mountains over 3000 feet. A total distance of 1600 miles and ascents which equalled climbing Everest 30 times! The crossings to the islands were done via Sea Kayak and these too proved to be a challenge all on their own. An epic achievement.
