 The Thermarest Prolite 3 is pretty well the standard sleeping mat for most lightweight backpackers who are either longer in the body or for those who require a bit more room to wriggle about.

In our opinion the Torsolite pad is ideal for those going lightweight who are under 6 foot. On a solo superfast minimal or adventure racing trip I would happy use one, (even though I'm 6' 2") however for longer trips or one where I may spend more time hanging about camp, the Prolite 3 is ideal.
