The regular liquid is enhanced with spearmint and the sensitive with antiseptic tea tree oil and 6-8 drops are all that is needed for a complete shave. Perfect for travelling when water is scarce.
I've now used both Avid and Somerset oils when shaving and I find they both work well and deliver what they promise. The Avid liquid is certainly provides a smooth surface across which the razor glides and leaves the blades perhaps slightly less clogged than the oil based liquid.
The Avid 15ml bottle lasts for 60 days or thereabouts, depending on use and is ideal for shorter trips.
