If you don't want to have to take a small rucksack and need a cost effective useful sized lumbar pack for outdoor pursuits, long hill walks, running, skiing, adventure racing and so on, then this could be the answer.I've been using this pack for the last few months, on long runs, when MTB'ing, on day walks, mountain day trips and so on, where it has proved itself to be stable, hold just the right amount and not be bulky. The 2 pockets happily holds, gloves, hat, rain jacket, camera, car keys, phone, snacks, map, wallet, windshirt and insulation layer, with a bit of space left over! (It will hold a 1litre Platypus or you can attach a bottle to the hip belt) You'll notice there are 4 compression straps on the side which holds everything nice and tight. Plus the quick release buckles compress vertically which keeps the heavier items such as cameras from bouncing around. The belt section also houses a small zipped pocket on the one side which holds cars keys safe and to hand, and this pulls neatly around the waist. The greatest pleasure is running for an hour and finding the pack hasn't moved at all. Not like some others which are a pain as they swivel around your waist as you jog! Features 4 litre capacity 3 pockets made up of large main pocket, wallet pocket and hip belt pocket Side compression straps Large reflective strip Secure quick release buckles Tough water resistant material Weight: 250g
