Therefore we are now manufacturing our own in the UK for those who want a similar product.
This foil is slightly stiffer than the US standard, which makes it strong enough to act as a pan support if required.
We advise cutting the height to suit your needs with some tin snips and then using a pair of bottle nosed pliers, to fold a 3mm lip around the edge to 'roll off' any sharp coners or edges.
Size 400mm x 180mm and weighing 50g it is designed to fit most gas stoves as standard.
Please note: This windshield equates to 714 g/sqm. The superlight windshield we also supply, equates to 419 g/sqm.
WARNING: Do not enclose canister mounted LPG stoves within the windshield without allowing good air flow and ventilation, as the canister could overheat, causing damage or serious injury.
