Never lose those expensive titanium pegs again.
This brilliant yet simple idea has come via Chris Cowell at Hike Wales. Rather than go through the long drawn out and generally dissapointing method of painting your titanium pegs in bright colours so you can find them again, this simple idea only requires a hair dryer or a paint stripper torch.
This is a bright red shrinking sleeving sheath, which will reduce to 2:1 when hot air is applied from a hair dryer or DIY painter stripper gun.
Simply cut a short length a few cm long, slide it up the neck of the peg and apply heat for a few minutes, to shrink it tight. If you make a mistake simply slice it off and do it again.
It isn't gurateed to last forever, but it will last for much longer than a tin of Hammerite. Length one metre, enough for at least twenty pegs. Colour red.
