It has come up trumps and we only wish (that is the three girls in the family!) we had found out about it sooner. We have used it in all sorts of situations from every day to travelling around the world. We have used it swimming, biking, trekking, running, riding etc and it has been great. It takes a little getting used to and when not at home using public loos or outdoors you need a small bottle of water with you to swill the Mooncup out and reinsert. We also found it worked well in combination with the tiny 18ml bottle of clean gel.
