Buy a bag - Save the World!
Not quite, but it makes a small contribution in this plastic driven society.
A slight departure from our normal gear, but one I hope you might support.
During the manufacture of our silk sleeping bag liners there is a certain amount of waste material which we have been reluctant to throw out. As the material is so light but tough and durable we have turned that waste into a super light compact key ring shopping bag, which will always be on hand when you need it!
Of course you can use it when nipping to the shops when camping, but we expect this to be a hot seller as a novelty gift item, or for Christmas etc.
We have had a long association with a school for disabled children in Cambodia, which one of our daughters attended during her gap year several years ago. The school is the only one of it's kind in Cambodia (disability is associated from a sin from a previous life) and survives on donations alone.
Each year we do what we can and we thought it would be nice to make a donation exclusively from something in the shop, so this year every bag sold will raise a £1 for the school which we will add to, when we do our transfer at the end of the year.
In Cambodia a little goes a long way, so if you are looking for a super, practical and ethical novelty gift. Then this is just the job!
Update Jan 10: Thank you all for your support this last 12 months with this product. A transfer has now been made for £500 to the the school in Cambodia.
