GEHWOL Refreshing Balm is a balanced composition of cooling and protecting ingredients embedded in a cream containing particularly gentle emulsifiers, fats and oils.
The properties of this cream are increased and complemented by moisturising substances. Asian mint oil and its components menthol and menthyl acetate have a stimulating effect on the cold-sensitive nerve endings of the skin, generating a lasting fresh, cool sensation. The gentle, refreshing cream also contains valuable camomile, lavender, spikenard, rosemary and geranium oils.
Description Immediately soothes, cools and deodorizes you're feet for that fresh feeling that lasts. Prevents athlete's feet and itching between the toes. Absorbed rapidly and is non-greasy. Refreshes tired burning, aching feet and legs.
Useage Apply once or twice a day.

I haven't used it for long but it has a lovely fresh smell and rubs in within seconds. Hoping to be able to review it further when I have been out walking / hiking in the spring.
This stuff Is amazing! I massaged it into my aching, hot feet after a 9 mile slog over Kinder in blazing sun, squatted by my tent with a brew and felt the heat just disappear from them! The smell takes a bit of shifting from your hands after applying though (it's a great, fresh aroma but a bit overpowering initially) but the result is so worth it, blissful after a hard walk!
Had this balm before,when I used to run alot,and when I walked OFFAS DYKE.Great stuff. Came very much the next day.So in my books 5stars for balm and 5 for service.
Used for 3 days on pennine way. Weather dry so not fully tested. Very nice to use at the end of each days walk no blisters or sore spots to report. Look forward to testing further
