Pocket Rocket 2 Stove Kit

When we saw this kit for the first time we knew it was going to be popular for those people haven’t collected a mixture of pots and pans over the years.

If you are starting out and what to get all you need in one go which keeps things as light as possible, then this is for you.

All that’s missing is a small lighter, a folding spork and a pot cosy and you have all you will need for a lightweight trip.

The 750ml pan is big enough for meals for one or two people at a push. (Most instant pack food meals require 300-400ml of hot water) The hot and cold ‘safe’ 450ml bowl can be used as a mug, or to hold whatever food you may be eating. The clip on draining lid fits both pot and bowl, which gives you options.

The ridged ‘grip’ around the pot makes it easy to hold when cool, however the pot lifter is the right tool to use when things get hot.

The Pocket Rocket needs no introduction. It is a stonking little stove and will get the water boiling in no time.

As you can see the whole lot including a small 100 gas cart (not included) slots neatly together and will sit at the ready in your pack, or bike panniers.

And the best part is the whole lot weighs just 278g. (100 Gas cart not included) 

NB: The bowl is NOT suitable for direct heat.

However if you already have a gas stove you can pick up the rest of the set as either the 750ml Trail Mini Solo, or the larger 1200ml Trail Mini Duo.
