 How To Order

We hope we have made it easy to purchase from us and that all instructions are simple to follow. Should you have any questions or areas of confusion, please don't hesitate to contact us.

What to do

  1. You are welcome to search through any of the products you see on this website. When you find item(s) you wish to purchase please click ‘add to basket’, then if you wish to carry on browsing ‘return to shopping’. Choose a product or several products from the website by clicking ‘Add to basket’ when you wish to make a selection choosing the size/colour if applicable.
  2. When you are ready to pay click on ‘View basket’ at the top right of your page which will show you a summary of the items you have down to purchase.
  3. Make any last minute amendments, select delivery option and click on ‘Update basket’ to save changes.
  4. If you wish to ship the goods to a different country, please change the location in the 'estimate delivery' drop down menu
  5. When you are ready click on ‘Checkout’ which will take you to confirm your details. Please make sure all fields marked with a * are complete
  6. You will then be offered the option to pay via Debit/Credit Card or Bank Transfer (UK customers only) . Select your preference (NB: Bank transfer 3-6 days)
  7. Card payment will be taken by the 100% secure WorldPay / PayPal gateway
  8. You will receive an email Invoice confirmation by return and your order will move to the packing department
Pre-Release and Advance Order Offers
If your shopping basket contains any items you have ordered BEFORE they are available (see product page) which are marked as 'Pre-Release Offer' or 'Advance Order', the whole order will not be shipped until ALL of the items come into stock. IF you complete the order and 'check out' FULL payment will be taken for ALL the items. If you only wish the currently available items to be shipped without delay, you will need to remove the 'Pre-Release Offer' or 'Advance Order' items from the shopping basket and either add them again after you have 'checked out', or use the 'Notify me when this item is available' feature on the individual product page.

Definition - Pre-Release and Advance Order Offers
These prices are special one off promotions which allow you to purchase certain items BEFORE they come into stock at a special price. This price will not be continued once the item arrives. Your order will need to be completed and 'checked out' fully to comply and reserve your items at this special price.

BFPO Orders
There are various rules relating to BFPO orders some of which effect sales VAT and Shipping Costs. Please use the Contact Us page to explain your particular needs and location and we will calculate the correct prices and shipping system to suit your circumstances

We accept Visa, Delta, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa Electron, JCB and Solo cards and welcome orders outside of mainland UK including Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and outlying islands.
Your card payment will be processed at the time of order and your statement receipt will be under the name of R & R Enterprises.

Confirmation process
  1. Once you place your order with us you will receive an confirmation Invoice email

Delivery policy
It is our policy to ship your order wherever possible the same working day (subject to time of order) or within the following 24 working hours, excluding weekends, Bank Holidays, seasonal busy periods and any technical restraints. The shipping cost and associated timescale comes into force once the order has been processed and packed.

It is our policy to only advertise products on this website which are in stock at the time of advertising, or due to arrive at the date shown. However during busy periods there may be an occasion where an item sells faster than anticipated. In which case you will be contacted by email or telephone without delay to see how you wish to proceed with your purchase or refund.

We make mistakes too!
Although pricing and product details are updated on a regular basis, occasionally errors can occur. If you purchase a product which is incorrectly priced you will be informed of the correct price without delay by either email or telephone. You will have the option to cancel with a full refund or continue with the purchase.The prices on this website are stated inclusive of UK sales VAT.
