If the goods arrive faulty
If the goods supplied are faulty within 28 days of purchase, please contact us without delay. If possible, it will speed the process up if you can supply photos to our email address with brief details.
After discussion we may require you to return the goods to us with;
We will then either fully refund your purchase, inclusive of your additional postage costs, or replace the goods and credit you for your additional postage costs.
If the goods are faulty after 28 days of purchase, please once again contact us without delay and we will discuss the options open to you.
Although every effort is made to ensure a true likeness of product colour, variations can occur when viewed on different computer screens. Therefore we cannot guarantee colours as displayed on your screen.
If the goods develop a long term fault
If you change your mind
You must send them back to us within 14 days of purchase using insured recorded delivery - we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post without appropriate insurance.
You must ensure the product has not been used in any way, that it is with all original packaging and labelling and enclose a copy of the original purchase receipt.
A full refund for the goods only, will be given at our discretion less a £6.99 if initially sent free of charge. Items which were shipped overseas will be refunded less the original shipping cost.
A discretional restocking fee of 20% of the value of the goods may be applicable in certain circumstances.
In the case of an exchange, there will be an additional £4.99 or £6.99 shipping fee, subject to weight and bulk.
