lightweight and perfect for keeping the contents dry.

Once again very prompt and polite service. The bags, I bought 2 will be used for a holiday in Australia, and they seem to suit my purpose perfectly.

Lightweight and waterproof, does exactly what it says on the tin.

The Exped XS drybag easily holds my spare socks and Montane down jacket (UK Size 8) and while not the lightest drybag on the market, the roll-top closure is made of robust, canvas webbing rather than a flexible plastic strip/band. On some ultralight drybags which use a plastic strip/band, the strip/band is vulnerable to rough use and can be broken if you're not careful. While most ultralight drybags do away with grab handles, I find that the grab handle on the bottom of the Exped drybag makes for easier handling.

I use the XXS drybag to stash my mobile, 'camping wallet' i.e. just my debit and credit card and a bit of cash, headtorch, tent and sleeping mat repair kit, spare batteries and ear plugs. For a little bag, it certainly holds quite lot, and I find that you can thread a DMM Phantom carabiner through the loop of the roll top closure where the buckles are connected. With this set up, I've often clipped the drybag to my climbing harness on long multipitch routes when I don't fancy leaving my valuables in my rucksack.
