Flash Pack Pocket

Love the speed of delivery and personal note from Rose congratulating me on my purchase. This is excellent to keep wet gear out sack. Cant wait to get yo the hills again.

First time I have purchased from this site but I saw this flash pocket and it was exactly what I was looking for.Very pleased with the product its well made and looks like it will last well and more importantly-do the job I want it to.Had no trouble fitting it on my backpack even though its not the pack it was designed for.A useful extra storage compartment for those wanting a quick access pocket on their packs or a place to dry damp gear.Oh and on a side note , the service was excellent from these guys-Thank you

This easy-to-attach pocket boosts my streamline rucksack and makes it easy to find all my stuff without rummaging and pulling everything out. Surprisingly roomy, too!

Item dispatched almost immediately, arrived quickly, well packaged and in prefect condition, great communication, Nice touch putting the sweets inside too. What's not to like? Highly recommended.

This product looks to be fantastic quality, even the zip bag it's supplied in. It fits my Lightwave Fastpack 50 beautifully and consumes all but the pole tips of my TarpTent Stratospire 1. Service as always from backpacking light 5 star.

I've not tried the flash pocket yet plus I dont have a exped sack but I can make it fit my crux ak47 no probs,the hooks on the ends of the four elastictcated ties will fit most bits,I reckon I could even sew a few plastic rings without adding any real weight if I had to.ceetainly a good place to stash waterproofs freeing up space in my 47ltrs,a blessing,a good 2 or more litres extra.a good plus is it has a mesh side and a nylon side,so damp proofs get an airing or when raining simply face the pocket about face and you have a good protection from the elements.how long it will last will be in its use,time will tell but it looks very well made to me.

Maybe it's BECAUSE it's EXPED,

your expectations are set so extremely high you just get "a little disappointed"?

If it where another brand with the ambition to be a "universal pocket" to fit any brand, then it would be 5 star hesitation less, but now you expect it to "fit like a glove" to my EXPED Lightning 60. And it doesn't.

But, it's somewhat understandable, because in the land of UL, NOTHING sells even 20 gr overweight anymore.

The problem really is that it feels restricting when packing an empty bag since it's attached with shock chords and "moves all over" during packing.

My next move would be to exchange the bungies to straps in the top and use Dyneema in the bottom, that way it will stay in place, but not tighten after I've taken something out.

Keep It Simple Stupid - The easiest/best solution is to unhook all, or the top, bungies while packing, attach, move on, no problem.

Why do it get 5 stars? Think of the versatility this pocket brings to a lot of UL packs, the material quality is still EXPED-ish and at that price it's the sale of a century!!

I'll buy another one and make this one "Lightning 60 Specific, Mattias edt."...

Conclusion: buy twice without thinking.

Excellent.. Somewhere handy to stuff my jacket when not needed without needing to faff around with my rucksack.. Good speedy delivery as always and thanks for the sweets.

Love my Exped Lightning 60 and the flash pocket makes it even more functional.

an excellent addition to my lightwave wildtrak 55. which,although excellent,has no big ,external mesh pocket . Simple to attach and really useful for wet tent fly or stuff I want to access quiclky. The pack of skittles that came with it were much appreciated.
