| The clip on wind shield has proven to be a very popular accessory for improving stove performance. Lightweight, hard anodised aluminium clip-on windshield for use with canister mounted stoves. Increases stove efficiency and substantially reduces gas consumption. Fits every gas canister according to EN417 and pots with max. diameter 11 cm (4.3 in). Compatible with standard pots and high profile heat exchange pots.
As you can see from the photos the maximum pot dia is 11cm and the depth of the shield at 10cm which offers good protection. However packability needs to be taken into account as this shield can be inverted and clipped onto the larger 500 gas canisters for storage. This isn't possible with the 110 and 250 gas carts.
